To book/order meals, you need to book the suitable subscription package of the meal of your choice. We provide the following three options for MealGaadi Meal services.

1. 1. One day meal
   2. 10 days meal
   3. 30 days meal

After choosing the subscription time, select the preferrable days of your meal delivery. For example, if you don’t want the meals on sunday then kindly deselect Sunday.

Then further after clicking the Book Now button, at the checkout page, enter your all details correctly and carefully.

Followed with that, pay for the selected subscription time. Currently we have UPI subscription active for payments which is quick and hassel-free.

Done. Now just wait for delicious meals daily at your registered address from next day at lunch hours between 12 pm and 2 pm.

The meals would get delivered  between 12 pm to 2 pm everyday by MealGaadi PILOTS.

You need to place / cancel / postpone / reschedule your order one day before in advance for the next day.

The prices of the meals differ on the subscription timeframe selected and you would be charged one time in beginning for the meal subscription service. Subsequently for next chain of subscription you would be charged again for renewal of the subscription service.

Longer the subscription period, better would be the discounted price, as we love to reward and serve our loyal customers.

The items are carefully curated by our chefs and nutritionists daily and chosen with extreme consideration of taste mix and seasonal freshness. You would be getting a combination of different North Indian dishes daily.

The meal is freshly packed hot in special disposable thalis with a lid and quality checked and sealed for delivery to you daily.

MealGaadi‘s team of dedicated chefs and nutritionists works tirelessly to curate delicious, nutritious meals that tantalize your taste buds and nourish your body.

We keep changing and switching between various dishes within the category of meal selected. For example, in North Indian Meal Thali, we change the accompanied dishes daily within the range of variety such as Rajmah and Aloo Gobhi one day, other day we might cook Mix Veg and Dal Fry, and so on.

If you want a new surprise dish each day, kindly subscribe to our Surprise Meal subscription. We would be delivering different cuisines and dishes daily as a surprise in it.

MealGaadi Lunch Meal deliveries are done exclusively through our Express Lunch Meal Delivery services. Herein, only delivery of Meals is followed up at Lunch Hours and hence normal orders cannot be clubbed with Lunch Meal Subscription Orders.

If you want to place a special and different order, kindly place a seperate order other than your usual MealGaadi Meal Subscription.

MealGaadi meals are delivered by our special delivery partners reffered to as MealGaadi PILOTS.

MealGaadi Pilots go through a special training sessions conducted by us where they are professionally trained to follow our standards of service. They are intensively trained in various aspects such as communciation, sanitation practices, dressing, handling food packages, issue redressal, fund and system management and various other factors efficiently.

MealGaadi Pilots are well documented and verified by us personally.

Go to My Account page and under Subscriptions option, you can choose to pause or cancel the subscription anytime you want.

We understand that daily availability might not be possible at your selected location. So, in such case of your unavailability to accept the delivered Meal, kindly make that known a day in advance atleast. This would help us to save the food preparation and would not waste the food.

You can communicate with us through various channels such as Whatsapp or Call. 

Please make sure to reach us out a day in advance to skip your next day’s meal delivery. The timely informed skipped meal amount would be adjusted subsequently for rescheduled delivery.

For example, if you’re on a leave in your office tomorrow and don’t want a meal tomorrow, kindly ping us on whatsapp with your name, registered number, email and subscription details. We would not be delivering the meal tomorrow and would be rescheduling it for a later day.
